Our Mission
The DG Do Good Foundation strives to serve communities that were close to Dave Gallagher’s heart. For all who knew Dave, he was a shining example of a man who put others before himself, who cared deeply about community and athletics, and saw the good in each unique human soul. In continuing to honor Dave’s legacy and the lessons he left with us, the DG foundation supports communities in need and youth student athletes in the greater Philadelphia area and beyond.
What We Do
At the DG Do Good Foundation, we offer a variety of services to support the communities we serve. From providing resources for youth student athletes to offering educational programs, we are committed to making a difference. Our outreach initiatives help connect those in need with the assistance they require, and we work closely with community leaders to identify areas where we can have the most impact.
Homelessness
Supporting the homeless and home insecure through blanket / clothing drives and donations
Youth Sports
Volunteering for and donating to charities focused on underprivileged youth sports (especially lacrosse)
Education & Scholarships
Granting education-based scholarships to Downingtown West high school students
